Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your customer account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
